Greetings! I'm Shawnasia Black, the Owner & Principal Designer of Asia B. Designs. As a proud first-generation Jamaican American from the Bronx, I bring a unique blend of cultural richness and urban vibrancy to my designs. I hold a BFA in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and additional degrees in Psychology & Professional Communications from Clark University.
With nearly a decade of experience in residential, nonprofit, and multi-family housing design, I bring a refined eye and a passion for crafting spaces that tell a story. Inspired by my love of travel and a penchant for eclectic & contemporary styles, my work is rooted in creating environments that feel both personal and elevated. I’m committed to designing spaces that are not only beautiful but also reflect the individuality and comfort of my clients.
